I’d say most of the headcount reductions we’ve had to do had nothing to do with tariffs; it had to do with… we lost sight of our core business, and we had to correct it. And so in a world that is unpredictable and subject to pretty sudden changes, we need to have more options and more resilience. I think the tough thing about that is that it just costs more money, because rather than tooling a line once, you have to tool it three different times for three different factories and three different countries.
